Carmen Doucette
Created as a solution to her own struggles finding childcare for her daughters, Her Yes Club evolved into a business management tool for home daycare providers when Carmen discovered how undervalued and underserved they were. By bringing over 16 years of marketing and communications experience to the table, she’s obsessed with making daycare providers feel appreciated and supported.

Tiago Borba
With over 12 years in software engineering, Tiago is the technical mastermind behind Her Yes Club. Leveraging his experience from tech giants such as SkipTheDishes, he’s always two steps ahead of what needs to be done. Tiago’s flexibility, speed, passion and down-to-earth personality serves as the perfect combination to transform how home-based childcare is managed and accessed.

Caroline’s eye for beautifully designed user experiences sets Her Yes Club a part from other daycare apps on the market. Her commitment to serving the woman on the other side of the screen is apparent in every decision she makes for the platform’s design. Caroline has over five years of experience in UX/UI design and is dedicated to bringing meaningful and engaging digital products into reality.

Tessa is an experienced Early Childhood Educator and has spent nearly 20 years in the field. She’s passionate about empowering childcare providers and equipping them with the resources, tools, and support they need to thrive.
